Who am I?
My name is Ami de la Cour (well, it’s my pen name) and I am quite literally a friend of the court. I am a female lawyer who has relocated from a vast metropolitan city to a small rural community in an endeavour to experience life in the country, whilst practicing for the advancement of justice in all its forms…
I grew up in a sheltered environment believing that justice was a reality that existed for all – to this untruth, my eyes have truly been opened!
I write for many reasons but mainly because sometimes things that a pondered just need to be said.
